Coordination Exercises

We use a range of fun coordination exercises. You don't need to be a well coordinated person to do these you will be amazed at what you learn! Excellent to impress your friends and colleagues!

These exercises are now part of the national curriculum and are said to help improve balance, concentration and can even help with dyslexia! Shaun our coordinator is hoping to make a research project into the beneficial effects of jugglingon such problems as ADHD and dyslexia.
